Born in San Francisco, California
1978-1981 Studied at various California colleges - Skyline - San Bruno, CSM - San Mateo, San Francisco State - Primarily under the tutelage of Edward DeMartini - Award winning Filmmaker, Photographer and life-long friend.

Nolan studied Photography and Film making for several years. Received an Associates of Science degree and established his first business in Photography primarily shooting People, Places and things - Live Concerts, Backstage, Parties, Promotions, Events, Models, still life, product photography and more.
He also formed a full service Production Company, That's Entertainment, producing live shows, concerts, parties and special events including many corporate projects, trade-shows and festivals. He worked for Bill Graham Presents and KMEL (The KAMEL) during the 70's through the 80's. He also worked for Bill Graham's Concessions company Fillmore Fingers until it closed operations. Nolan retired from Photography in the early 90's to begin working in Technology. His love for photography and video services never left so he is again shooting for projects and clients. His interest has expanded into Real Estate, People, Film and Studio work as well.
